We use it to create individual therapy programmes and provide the best possible service for you.
Who has access to your information?
QCPT for administration purposes.
Your QCPT Counsellor including, to a limited extent, their clinical supervisor (your counsellor is required to consult a clinical supervisor by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or equivalent governing body to ensure that high standards of professionalism are maintained).
All QCPT counsellors and psychotherapists are members of a professional governing body.

What security precautions are in place to protect your information?
Your details are stored on a secure computer and will be deleted when no longer required. Your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
QCPT makes every effort to ensure that your records and information are kept in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
